New Israel Fund continues to raise urgent funds for Clean Shelter, a grassroots humanitarian organisation providing clean water, sanitation and shelter to displaced communities in Gaza.

Three years after Hamas’s attack on 7 October 2023 and the ensuing devastation in Gaza, and one year since a ceasefire was declared, the crisis in Gaza is far from over. Every day without adequate aid, sanitation and safety deepens civilian suffering and increases the risk of further harm.

Many families in Gaza are still living in unsafe and overcrowded conditions. Clean Shelter helps them access the basic infrastructure every person needs: safe drinking water, toilets, showers, sewage systems, shelter and essential household supplies.

Our colleagues and partners in Israel, Palestine and around the world continue to respond with courage and compassion. Our cooperation with Clean Shelter gives NIF UK supporters a practical way to respond to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Through their essential work on the ground, Clean Shelter continues to help meet the most basic needs of displaced and crisis-affected populations, while supporting safety and dignity in Gaza.

All funds raised from this appeal will contribute to the global NIF campaign to assist Clean Shelter with aid efforts for the people in Gaza.
