The past year has brought continued pain and trauma for Israelis and Palestinians, as well as for Jewish communities worldwide. Yet the extraordinary resilience and determination shown by our colleagues, grantees, and partners has been remarkable.

Together we invested £2.6m from the UK to fund work across Israel, we stayed true to our mission. We stood by the families of the hostages, assisted Jewish and Arab communities affected by the Hamas attacks, and funded vital humanitarian aid for civilians in Gaza.

Globally NIF: 

  • Funded 116 inspiring grantees and developed 1,100 leaders 
  • Supported Jewish and Arab communities as they rebuilt and returned home 
  • Promoted alternatives for peace and security
  • Safeguarded democracy and protected minority rights  
  • Strengthened Palestinian Israel civil society.
